Olaf is an awesome example and somebody I look up to. When I met him for the first time at Scrum Gathering in Munich in 2009 I thought he must be an complete arrogant person. When I met him for the second time, half a year later and talked to him for the first time, I changed my mind completey. He is my mentor!
