Requirements
Participate in WordCount. Both Dale Emery and Elisabeth Hendrickson run these simulations multiple times a year. (The fact that this tag is a "certification" is a joke. However, there is a certification test during the simulation: all participants must be certified on the input/output/installation tray interface technology for the WordCount "Computer.")
